CSS Help

Hi

I need help taking out the name tags that are on the characters' icons on the CSS, the one you place the coin on.
I know where they are located sc_selcharacter>MiscData[70], but I can't seem to make them transparent from there I either get a white or black nametag.
I know SuperMasterHand was able to accomplish this, but apparently not by editing MiscData[70] any thoughts?

The name boxes are in I4 format, so it's impossible to make those texture parts transparent.

They finally told me how to do it.

Basically you go to MiscData[30]>3DModels and you preview MenSelchrFaceI_TopN then open the right tab, and look for the animation MenSelchrfaceI_TopN then open the left tab and in the Bones section click on "nameEA5" then on the bottom right-hand corner change all the values to "0" except Translation Y which you set to "100" and Scale Z which you set to "1".

Are you sure it's "EA5"? The only one I see is "EA7".

When I edit the values for that, the game freezes when I click "Brawl".

for me it was EA5. Are you sure you're editing MenSelchrFaceI_TopN?

Well now that I think about it the guy that told me how to do it also told me to edit EA7 but on my mine it was EA5... =S

Does it go (X,Y,Z) for the values? If that's wrong then that's probably why...

Ok, what the hell. I did that to a fresh charselect.pac whatnot, then made a GCT without any CSS codes and the game froze when I clicked "Brawl".

uumm idk what you did, it never froze for me... worse thing that happened the nametags would still show up.

wat you should do is download SuperMasterHand's sc_selcharacter.pac (his CSS) and just get his animation MenSelchrFaceI_TopN to you sc_selcharacter. That should work...
