It's basically the things that show up on your character selection screen (CSS) that let you know what costume you're using. You can utilize these the way you see fit by using Phantom Wing's File Replacement code or Riivolution. But for the people who need a little help in doing so, we're here.
2.)Great. How do I request these?

The first option is only for if you want your desired texture cropped/sized for a CSP.
The second option is for you if you want both a crop/size and a replacement into your game.
