CRTs in the PAL region?

So recently I've been training to play Melee at a professional level. The only problem is I'm using a LCD TV. I am planning on picking up a CRT (preferably a small one that won't take up too much space) as soon as possible but I'm worried about the refresh rate. Since I live in the UK most PAL region CRTs seem to only run at 50Hz. Now I've heard this doesn't matter if you use RGB scart. Is this the case and if so, will any CRT be fine?

If not, what should I do?

I live in a PAL region as well and I’ve never run into a CRT TV that didn’t support PAL60.
RGB-SCART is still recommended because it has good color quality. Altogether, its image quality is only mid tier, though, but I doubt you are willing to invest in VGA cables for a 480p60 setup.

That's good. Thanks for the response.
