There will be a graduated pot bonus for all singles events at CROSSxUP, where $100 will be the base pot bonus for Smash 4 and Melee! The pot bonus goes as follows:
Smash 4 and Melee Singles:
Starting Pot = $100!!
16+ entrants = $140
24+ entrants = $160
32+ entrants = $190
64+ entrants = $250
Project M Singles:
16+ entrants = $40
24+ entrants = $60
32+ entrants = $90
64+ entrants = $150
RULES:
- For every game, each competitor must bring their own controller.
- Registration for each event will be closed 10 minutes before the event is scheduled, unless announced otherwise by the T.O.s at the day of the event. Please sign up and report to each event at the correct time.
- Each competitor will have 5 minutes to report to their match after it has been called, unless you are doing a bracket match for another event. No exceptions. Please be attentive and responsible.
- There will be a cap for the number of tournaments a single person is allowed to enter. More details TBA.

DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES:
There are several ways to save some money on the venue fee of the event. Here are some methods how:
- FACEBOOK SHARE DISCOUNT -
Share the event on Facebook via status including a "tag" to No Pause Tournaments, and you will be discounted $1 towards your venue fee on the day of the event!
- PENNSYLVANIA VISITOR DISCOUNT -
If you're coming to Pennsylvania from a different state, you will be discounted $2 towards your venue fee on the day of the event. You must bring your valid state I.D. as proof of residency.
- COLLEGE STUDENT DISCOUNT -
Show us your college I.D, and you will be discounted $2 towards your venue fee on the day of the event. You must bring your valid college I.D. as proof of your enrollment. Any college or university applies towards this discount.
- CARPOOL DISCOUNT -
Any driver that can bring a full car of 5 people (themselves + 4) will be given a $10 discount on the venue fee! Simply send a direct message to either T.O. (contact info below), and tell them the full list of people they will be bringing. If you make it 45 minutes before your event of interest begins, you will be granted the discount. Use that money for gas instead!
