you are far better than I.

that being said, is your friends main falco? if so expect him to beat you more often than you beat him, unless you start to outskill him by a decent amount.

you get a little SHFFL happy at times, but its hard not to when you cant DD cause of falcos lasers.

avoid pokemon stadium and FD vs falco..thats my experience. yoshi story is pretty random so...yeah

try taking that bird to brinstar, i have great success as falcon on that map. i know alot of people discourage using counter-picks, but they also say choose what works for you.

Ok so I watched your first match. You have to work on your tech chasing game. You kept reacting incorrectly. When you up throw/down throw Falco just stand still and watch what they do. If he misses his tech, shield in case he does a wake up attack. If he tech rolls forward, run forward grab, throw, repeat. Oh and less ledge hop uairs and more ledge hop fairs/knee. If the knee gets blocked, follow it up with a gentleman (press A, A, pause for a brief second, A again...the result should be two jabs and a knee).

Your combo game also needs some work. You need to learn your percents to combo fast fallers. Just toy around in training mode and see which percents best set up Falco or whoever the best. I'm no expert on Falcon, but I believe the SHFFL dair to knee works well around 30% and higher.

As for edge guarding, you should use Falcons up/forward tilts, preferably up tilts. These eat right trough Fox/Falco's up/side B recoveries.

But overall, you aren't bad. All you need to do is tidy up your tech chasing, combos and edge guarding. Good luck. :)

Thanks. Yeah his main is falco, -usually- I can beat him decently, sometimes we go kinda even. I can usually deal with fast fallers unless they keep a lot of pressure on me, then I kinda don't know what to do. As I said it was my luck we recorded the couple I lost lol.

First off for your recovery, when you get knocked far by Falco's side smashes
try to use you double jump - down b - jump again - then up b, i saw you only try to you up b as a recovery.

Don't be afraid to use the knees whenever. I'm pretty knee happy and i throw them all over the place, they seemed pretty stray in your first match. its one of his best attacks and it ***** everyone when mastered use it all the chances that you get!

You've got work to do but not too shabby

and like miggz said work the tech chases on him its best way to kill falco with lots of grabs
