The only things I can say is you have to work on your spacing. Do you use the C stick for your aerials? I just noticed you still moving forward a lot on some of your fairs, which resulted in getting shield grabbed. Second, JC your grabs. I just got into those myself recently so I know the feeling of doing them on and off. Haha. But yeah other then that, good marth. I can tell both you and your friend like doing fancy kills on each other. ^^"

Okay, I'm watching the match on Final Destination.

Uhhh... dash attack approach? Not really safe... it worked but... yeah. Just be careful with that. Jump cancel your grabs, too.

0:18, was that supposed to be a pivot grab? Woulda been good, if you got it off.

Ouch... sweetspot the edge. Nice chaingrab, though.

At high percents, you probably just want to go into an fthrow/dthrow and tech chase into an fsmash or the like, because you're really not going to get anything significant from a uthrow.

Ehhh... Dancing Blade? That's risky... it's not that hard to DI out of or avoid, and Fox will eat your face if you lag that much.

You're recovering really high... you'll eat bairs and die fairly easily that way.

Wow... you're really getting eaten by that shine. Best thing to do, really, is just not go near the edge. Every time you're dying it's because you've been really close to the edge and he's gotten you off in some gimpy way. If you stay towards the middle of the stage, it not only puts in you a better position to combo/edgeguard, but it also makes it a lot harder for him to get you off the stage and shinespike you.

You might consider approaching with fairs instead of nairs too. Nairs are not as efficient to space and generally end in you flying past your opponent. They're better for comboing too.

Yeah...I think I have a tendency to just jump right at people with aerials. I need to work on that.

Thanks.

I guess I just need to work on my spacing and recovering.

Yes, 0:18 is where my controller screwed me over.

Hey, remember that one time where my JC usmash was made into a u-air because of my un-broken in controller?

And by one, I mean several.

And by time, I mean times.

Yes, Lord Arcnatural hath not the time for your petty group of matches. Choose one to be blessèd and be grateful that you will be receiving his wisdom, mortal.

LOL. I watched them all, and they were all good. It's more like "Lord Arcnatural writeth to much, to spare the fellow smasher he shall bestow his wisdom upon one battle."

Oh really? Well, I suppose I already know what I have to work on thanks to elvenarrow3000. Thanks, though.

And Tai, don't bring your controller Johns to this thread. A new controller isn't that bad...

Says the guy playing Marth >.>;

Although I have to admit, the most annoying thing about new controllers is getting used to the new L - R triggers (now I just switch out with the one I currently use) and getting used to Up on the controller. Nothing else really bothers me though.

Says the guy who isn't as super amazing godly beautiful technical as I am.

Seriously though. Your playstyle doesn't need as good as a controller as mine does. Granted, it isn't THAT big of a deal, I'm talking about one specific type of instance where it screwed me over. I try to JC usmash, and it ends up being a FAILURE u-air.

HahaHA! I've been using the same R-button that I've been using since my first controller. I thought I was the only one who cared enough to switch them.

JC grabs, and less full hop aerials (None even would be better)

I use a Very very wierd way of holding my controller (Mainly cause it's much easier to waveshine with falco this way) and it caught on to other players, so I can't make any suggestions in that area.

Just listen to the first sentence and you'll be alright. Oh, and that fox plays alot like dashizwiz. I lieks him.
