Grab and chaingrab more. Be thankful that Fox you're playing doesn't do any annoying crap like a real Fox player would. He's just throwing out attacks. **** him for it.
And for that one gimp around 1:14, just wait for him to initiate Fire Fox then weak hit Fair him and recover.
...@1:24: This isn't Brawl. Those tricks won't work there. Just throw him off and gimp him. It's not as hard as it sounds, really.

Jump cancel your grabs if you aren't already. If you are already, elevate your consistency.
Learn how far you can go out to gimp, so you don't die.

You're not dashdancing very much... I would do it more. It'd make it so that you don't get hit by so much predictable stuff.
I'd look at your edgeguarding more. You're doing unnecessary things and that's costing you lives and kills. Just keep it simple.
I like that you're trying to aerial into grab, but look before you grab. Otherwise you're just whiffing grabs and giving your opponent chances to punish you.
Don't shorthop double fair so much on the approach. It's not as good as you think it is.

Hey do you own a copy of smash? I hope you do because you can practice your technical skill in peace and at your own pace. Anyway, you have to improve your SHFFL game. Practice short hopping. You did a lot of full jumping and I'm guessing those were botched short hops. Next is your canceling. You have to keep in mind that the timing of the l cancel varies depending on what you hit. There is a timing for when you hit your foe, hit your foe's shield and simply do an aerial that hits nothing. Understanding the timing of all three is essential.
Oh and stop approaching with fair all the time. It become very predictable. Start blending in dash dashing. You know what's another trick I love doing? Dash up to your foe and then put up your shield. There is a good chance they might spot dodge and after they do that you can get in a grab. I'll leave that advice for you for now. Be sure to post for videos and keep us posted. Oh Don't forget to start JC your grabs. =P
