There's a new-ish Smasher in AZ who uses Ganon

Well, he's been playing semi-actively for a long time with the old-school dudes in Tempe, like Forward and Trevyn (Zarelid), but he decided he'd start trying his hand with other people, so he came over to my Smashfest yesterday.

Johns: These ARE just friendlies, but he's really smart. His name is En1xputed

Your friend has his tech skills down and his wavedash oos options are pretty sound along with his spacing, so his Ganon is pretty ****ing legit! He just has to work on not taking inopportune risks like jumping way out there and giving Marth a safe recovery back onto the ledge. But overall; he performs very well and resorts to pretty smart tactics for most situations. Tell him to keep up the great job and use more bairs for spacing. :D

Not bad! I would critique if I wasn't on my phone. Tell your ganon friend to stop by the G boards and read up/ask questions if he's up to it. Forward is close to the perfect person to learn melee from, but he can learn a lot about specifics regarding Ganondorf and his matchups right here.

Hey guys! Thanks for all the compliments I'm really glad people like my ganon. I recently played at a tournament and I think I'm going to try to keep improving and make my ganon as good as can be.

If you guys wouldn't mind giving me some criticism on a couple of matches I would appreciate it.

A couple of things I noticed is that I think I should roll less because good players can predict those and punish me. I also think I need to do more back airs against that pikachu to get him off of me. Other than that I'm not sure what else to do, these guys had me stumped.

i'm actually new to ganon also, but i watched all of the posted vids above

yeah, try to roll less, as it can be predictable (especially when you roll one way, then the other, then back again)
and try to dash attack less, and grab more.
grabgrabgrab
not saying don't do dash attack, just grab some more and go for chase/regrab

Your use of dtilt is inspiring. I can't believe how much damage you're getting with it!
