Looks pretty good. I suggest working on that tech skill so you don't miss those l-cancels or fastfalls. You could also work on having fluid movement between platforms. Developing a strong combo game with platforms will help you in the long run. Also, less jabs. Those will get you grabbed and killed by Marth =P.

Well the Marth doesn't really know how to deal with Falco so there's not really much to critique just improve your technical consistency.
