I'm sorry bro, but both of you need to learn all the pro techniques before you put up a vid for critique. Roy isn't a rabbit, you don't need to keep short hopping. Just about every attack you two did left you open for punishment. I didn't see any wavedashing, so work on that. Also, if you can't do a ledgehopped attack, don't attempt one.

The roy did a much better job in the second vid, edgeguarding was much better.

Falling down a bottomless pit.
Ganon was terrible, you need a better approach game, not just dash attack. And NEVER, I repeat, NEVER EVER EVER use Up-b as an attack on an opponent in the air. Also learn to shffl PLEASE. It will greatly improve your game as well as your approach and quickness. Also, please do not over use the down-b with Ganon. Since Ganon is sort of a slow character you need to punish the other characters lag from attacks with some of his quicker attacks, i.e. u-air. Also, you need to move around more, dashdance, do something not just stand there. Try to mind game him into slipping up and punish his lag. I'm giving this advice after just watching the first video. Also, use Ganons f-tilt for spacing, and his down angled f-tilt or reverse u-air for edge guarding. Watch Thomas Tipman's Ganondorf combo video on youtube, and you'll learn a lot. That's all I have to say.

EDIT: Also, import shield grabbing into your strategy, it helps a lot. Oh, and NEVER use f-smash for edge guarding either.

Ganon - learn to use aerials, shffled fair, shffled dair are both generally much better approaches than down-b.

Roy - your tech game seems significantly better than the ganon's but you NEED to learn to react to what he's doing. so many times he pulled off a really laggy move and you didnt do anything to punish him. anticipate his down-bs (because thats pretty much all he does) and spotdodge, shieldgrab, forward smash, counter, do anything to counter it.

overall, learn to shffl, wavedash and once you have that down, learn how to use it properly. for example, roy start trying to wavedash backwards when ganon down-bs, then f-smash. even if you can wavedash, its a completely different thing to use it in battle. force yourself to utilize it, and you'll improve.

also, the roy wavedashed quite a bit.
I rewatched the vids, and I saw about 4 or 5 pointless wavedashes. He only did them when Ganon had just died and they were more for show than anything.

The roy seemed to play too aggressively, without taking the time to predict what the ganon was going to do. You should almost always be able to punish a missed Down-B from Ganon. Just turn away as it approaches you, then shield it. After he passes through the shield, you can either shield grab, or just release the shield and smash away.

the fight

I watched the vids and in the first one i thought that roy was to bouncy for that character. roy is more of an accuracy and precision character than attack as fast as you can to try and get there damage high. the more you attack the more you leave yourself open for damage. i also didnt see and parries in any of the vids at all roy. learn to use it and it can save your life.

when i watched ganon play i saw that he used his down b way to much you need to use it at the right time. like when he lands or when someone is try to do an air attack on you it slows do your fall and gives an attack if the other person is close enough to hit. learn to you your air forward attack more. it does a lot more than you think it does. and only use your b move to show off not to attack.

um...you guys need to wave dash and stuff. if you dont, then theres not much to critique. well, my only advise is to keep playing till you get all the techniques down. AND I MEAN ALL OF THEM, BECAUSE THERES A WHOLE LOT THAT YOU GUYS ARE MISSING.

Well, after reading through a few of these comments, I've come to notice that much don't give any actual advice.
I've been in the same boat as you once (fairly recently actually) and I could give some tips as to what you may want to do more/less of.

Roy: The short hopping is a little to excessive. Jump cancel your grabs, and incorporate the side-b more into your game if possible. The side-b meteor is also very rewarding to pull off.

Ganon: For the love of god, spamming down-b does not make you appear good.
On the other hand, spamming your stomp does. Learn to chain dairs with L-cancels, and your matches will look a lot better.

I hope I can prove of some help.
