Kirby can't DI. Looks like WiFi. Halberd's main advantages are lower ceilings and that it's easier to spam there.

No this was before school started, so not a lot of people knew about SDI. I knew he wouldn't know about DI. Besides I would have gotten the charge shot back after Kirby died.
