Could someone tell me what time SM4SH is being released in Japan in terms of PST?

I'm not sure. We haven't gotten an official time as of right now, but it'll probably be 12:00 on the dot.

I've heard 10 am Japan Standard Time but nothing is confirmed yet. Most Japanese eShop releases were able to be downloaded then from what I understand.
