Could Knuckles and tales be the Icing on the Cake

Our dreams have come true now that sonic is in the game, but if they add knuckles and /or tales as an unlockable character and not tell anyone until we actually buy and beat the game ill probably have a heart attack if it says "WARNING NEW CHALLENGER" and knuckles appears.
WHO WOULDN'T BEGIN TO TEAR UP IF THEY SEE KNUCKLES IN THIS GAME. Anyway I think it would make the game that much better plus knuckles is definitly built for combat. Tales wouldn't be bad either i just cant see what attacks he would do lol. probably some wierd tail attacks

And IF he WERE to be in Brawl, I would be mad, considering I could make a long list of first party characters and another list of third party characters I'd rather see before Knuckles.

Seriously, I wanted Sonic in, but some people are just greedy. Sonic is enough for now.

Seriously, I want to know where all this info comes from.

Sums up my thoughts if he was playable. Of course I felt the same way about Sonic.

If there was another rep from Sonic it WOULD be Tails. The only reason I say that is because Tails has been around since Sonic 2 and has been Sonic's Partner for the LONGEST time. He may not be everyone's favorite like Knuckles, but he's still a good character. The cool thing is that in the Comic....his super form, Turbo Tails is FAR better than Super Sonic or Hyper Knuckles. Tails is cool, and if anyone else is playable from the sonic series it'd be him....or Eggman.

Although, isn't all of this based off of his responses to fan mail? So, there is a possibility that he could change his mind or whatever. I'm just saying its a possibility, but unlikly. Oh well...
