Special move: Counter: if you are attacked, Marth will parry and counterattack.

Special move: Burst Grenade: (can't read it but we know how it works anyway)

Robin: Introducing (Robin) from the Fire Emblem Awakening

Something about fire that I can't read, but it doesn't mention it's a special attack, so it could likely be an "A" move.

Fox: (something) with the Blaster!!

(Stuff I can't read about one of his aerials, or perhaps it is a general statement about Fox)

Pit: something with Palutena's God Bow! A side blurb I can't read about his bow.

Special move: Hyper Dash Arm: something about his fist and an uppercut.

Pac-Man: gobbling hero!!

Special move: Power Pellet: can't read it, sorry. It mentions Mario, so probably referring to the picture to the left with Pac-Man, Mario and Luigi.

Mega Man: something Super Robot!

Smash: Charge Shot: Can't read most of his stuff. Talks about his normal shots, charge shots, and slide attack.

Sonic: the high speed hedgehog!

His speed is an explosive technique!

Something about a kick.

Number one speed and something, and his spin attack is something!

Something about his "S" attack also being powerful. It's describing what he does with his body when he uses it.

He has interesting moves! Frivolous stuff I can't read.

Special move: Lloyd Rocket: it's a missile, but you can also ride on it.

Yeah, I think I'm done. I'm not able to read all of it, and the info on the pages seems to be very, very minimal. The whole booklet seems designed to acclimate youngsters to Smash 4 who may know nothing about it. It's not an in-depth review of anything.

The words I translated as "guy" and "stuff" probably don't mean "guy" and "stuff," I just used generic terms because I didn't understand the exact meaning of the characters. The actual traslation would be a bit more... Colorful. However, it would not be likely to be any more meaningful.

Yeah, the lack of meaningful information is the real problem. Your translation at least made it somewhat entertaining to read.

Could be "equippable/carried item," aka your Amiibo will hold an item like the Star Rod or something.

Tbh I'm just too lazy to dig up my kanji dictionary to make sure. It's in my car somewhere...

Ok, thanks. Some of the speculation was that it could be an alt costume button, as it's in place of the headgear/outfit buttons on the Mii page. If it does mean that the character spawns with a special item, I wonder why there isn't a Mii equivalent?

Shame, I was hoping there would be new info. [Shrugs] Oh well.

In a way, though, I am grateful. I'd rather experience the awe and shock of a character reveal trailer than just have all the characters handed to me on a scan with no icing on the cake.
