Coro Coro Scans - New Character Revealed?

According to this article, there is a possibility of a new character being revealed next issue of Coro Coro magazine. The scan pictured below has not been properly translated so by posting it here I was hoping someone could take another look at it, SamuraiPanda maybe?

As far as the text is concerned, there's nothing indicating any new revelations about Brawl.

Not really. The white text with the black background says that (essentially) it's the most anticipated(or maybe reliable) magazine/publication. But nothing indicating any info on brawl other than the picture.

Hmm, weird. Do you want to see the whole magazine cover, see if it has anything better on there?

I already looked and there's nothing Brawl on it.

Well then I guess gonintendo were wrong. But still what was the picture all about?!
