If you Short hop Focus attack and hit with it on shield or character, you can dash in the air right before you land to get less lag on the follow leading to some pretty funny stuff. It either leads into a hit or shield break if you hit on shield as you'll be + on shield from the looks of it? I dunno, haven't tested it much, but you have to charge somewhere between level 1 and level 2 (you see Ryu glow yellow once) for the timing.
