Cookies have a long history. I mean, come on, what game doesn't have cookies?!

He would, of course, be easier to grab. Since EVERYONE likes cookies.

SPECIAL MOVES:
Down Special: It's down special would be leaving a trail of cookie crumbs, after which two kids chase after and trample people.

Side Special: It's side special would be shooting foward in a cookie-spiral.

Regular Special: It's regular special would be shooting chocolate chips.

Up Special: It's Up-B would be spinning like a UFO, causing it to rise higher and higher.

A MOVES:

Currently blank.

AIR MOVES:

Neutral air: Spins around in a circle, much like Kirby.

MISC.
Final Smash: Final Smash would be calling a ton of cookies, in which tons of people flock to eat them and run people over. Cookie, of course, has to look out for being eaten itself.

ALT COSTUMES:
Sugar Cookie: A cookie without seeable Chocolate Chips, instead a plain sugar cookie.
M&M Cookie: A cookie with M&M's replacing chocolate chips
Black Cookie(Due to request):A charred cookie
Christmas Cookie: A cookie in the shape of a christmas tree, coloured green.
Oreo Cookie: A double wafer cookie filled with creme.
...

At the very least, it should be an item. Perhaps a food.
