I was wondering if I wanted to join a tournament let's say for smash 4 and I wanted to use a 64 controller is that legal? I've heard people saying that there were people using keyboards for n64 tournament. I don't know about you guys but I love the n64 controller to death and I prefer it more than the GameCube controller and I would love to use a 64 controller in a tournament. What do you guys think would it be ok.

I don't see a reason as to why it wouldn't be legal as long as you have the right adapters. I would think that would cause lag similar to an extension cord though.

I think it would be legal I don't think they care as long as you're not cheating or anything.
