Controller Help

So I bought a bunch of cheap knockoff gamecube controllers to play smash and for a lil while they worked fine but now when I try certain buttons on different controllers I can't get inputs Ala my x button won't work. A has to be tapped harder, and most of all my c stick(which I tilt with) won't register at all sometimes so I just stand there like a deuche Waiting to be decked. What kind of controller should I get to replace these junky ones. I love the xbox one controller so a pro seems ideal however I hear you can't buy wired ones so any alternatives?

I've never used the Pro so I can't speak to that, but I'm just going to go with the obvious and say that, if you were going for GameCube controllers in the first place, I'd try to look for official ones. A quick look on Amazon shows you can get them for a not-bad price, if ordering online is an option for you, just make sure that they are official ones. The prices look to be better than the Wii U Pro controllers too, though if you're looking for multiple controllers without a significant financial investment you might have some trouble with that.
