So after spending a day making out with Sakurai he has finally given you another chance. Whatever got you on his **** list to begin with is forgotten. Whether or not that is because you are such a good kisser Sakurai couldn't stay mad at you, or because you are so atrocious he had to forgiven you to get you to stop, I leave open to interpretation. Regardless hypothetical Sakurai will apparently put up with anything for a day, as was proven by my do anything with Sakurai for a day thread.

After these potential psychological scares, Sakurai his decided not to grant your 3 greatest wishes in the evilest way possible. No, now he insists that you are his muse (trauma can inspire one just as much as passion) and he simply must make you a last minute addition to the cast.

What are your moves? You can make your moveset as detailed or vague as you like, with only one rule. Don't use any move that has already been used. If multiple people post at the same time as is liable to happen, don't worry about it, but otherwise come up with something new. If throwing jelly at people is all you do every day and someone has already made that a move of their character, even though it is clearly your calling in life to have that move, I'm sorry. You'll just have to get a new hobby (idk... maybe try eating glue or something?) just so you can post something on this thread.

You might be thinking, but these people don't know me! They won't get it! Well that's the point. So we can get to know you. Also if we have to know you to get it, try being more creative. I'm sure you can think of something we can all appreciate.

Well... I gained some insight into your character so uh... mission accomplished I guess.... Maybe a little too much come to think of it.

I'll just list specials since it's too much of a chore to make an entire moveset for myself.

B - Drink
The buff lasts for a duration depending on how long I hold B down and Drink for. I lose the ability to dash, walk 15% slower, and I no longer flinch when struck by moves dealing 7% damage or less. A max-duration Drink heals me for 7%. Can be combined with Roll. Can last up to 20 seconds at most. If two drinks are had in a row, an attack called Projectile Vomit is executed. Immediately after the second drink, a mighty stream will be launched forward at about the range of DDD's Waddle Dee toss. It deals 15% on impact and has moderate-high launching power, and also endows the enemy with the Drink buff for 7 seconds.

Up + B - Whippet
I inhale from a mysterious canister and float up at a relatively high speed. The longer B is held, the higher I go. When B is released or the move reaches its max distance, I free-fall downward. Landing deals 16% damage to anybody in the immediate area with low knockback. The longer B was held/greater distance was traveled, the greater the ending lag for this move. I heal 7% of my health if I have held down the B button for the longest duration. If Roll and Drink buffs are active, I will heal for 7% regardless of the distance traveled or the amount of time B was held down. I have super armor during the 'falling' part of this move. The Roll buff will shorten the ending lag of this move.

Down + B - Roll
I gain an 12 second buff that increases my movement speed by 15% and reduces all my attack lag by 35%. Energy weapons such as fire, lasers, and plasma will deal no damage to me during the Roll buff, but will cause flinching for longer. Can be combined with Drink (for immunity against energy weapons). There is also a hidden bonus of 1% damage on each successfully landed attack if electronic music is playing in the vicinity or on the stage (yes, the game can hear outside music lol) and/or if my user is wearing kandi bracelets (yes, the game can see, too). However, my shield is 30% smaller and I receive 50% more shieldstun with the Roll buff.

Forward + B - Smoke
I breathe out a smoke that deals only half the damage of Fire Breath/Flamethrower. But the enemy's controls are inverted as long as they remain inside the smoke. The inversion effect lingers for 5 seconds after they leave the stream of smoke. This includes only up/down, left/right, A/B. It's possible to apply the Smoke buff and the Drink buff from Projectile Vomit to an enemy simultaneously. Can also be combined with electronic music/kandi bracelets on the Roll buff for the hidden bonus, allowing this move to deal much more damage since the 1% is applied per hit.

My N-air would be a literal sex kick. Censor bar/pixelation takes up the screen and everything.

Humoring the thought, I do actually like being a muse, and do a somewhat not completely terrible job of it from time to time. Might as well do specials.

Neutral B - Belt Whip. Self explanatory. Doubles as a recovery move depending on the distance.

Side B - Pocket Sand. Temporarily stuns/dazes nearby enemies.

Up B - Burning Jump. Because realistic recovery is realistic. Travels in an arch like Dedede's, but upon landing I'd keep running and hit anyone in my way.

Down B - I Like This Song. That entire animation, complete with the twirl. Hits with maracas, or optionally can jump from the "twirl/jump" to evade.

Well I'm a Canadian, so my moveset is as follows:

UP B Fly upwards on a Canadian goose

DOWN B Spills Maple on the floor, causing damage when stepped on

SIDE B Charge forward riding on a moose, similar to Wario's motorcycle

All my main and smash attacks consist of smacking you with my hockey stick

Final Smash Big Dirty Blizzard hits everyone except for me, I'm shielded in my igloo

Most of my aerials, ground attacks, and smash attacks will consist of fisticuffs, so you can come up with those in your own time.

Neutral-B: Hypocritical Oath - Heals me for 3% per second over a 10 second period. As a trade off, all of my attacks do 50% less damage for the duration of the effect, and the effect can be interrupted if I take a total of 20% damage or more

Side-B: Junk Scrounge - I search the ground for something to throw. The longer the button is held down, the better the item I find. If pressed then released, I will throw a can, which will do 5%, and it will cause no hitstun. If held for 1-2 seconds, I will throw a bottle, which will do 10% damage and do minor hitstun. If held for 3 seconds or more, I will throw a brick, which will deal 20% damage and deal knockback.

Down-B: Shoulder Bash - I charge forward in an attempt to hit my enemy with my shoulder. Damage and knockback depends on how far I travel before I land the attack.

Up-B: Blink - Teleports me to a location selected after the move is input. 5%-15% damage is dealt to anyone within a certain radius of where I teleport to, depending on their distance from me.

I think it would make more sense like this:

Neutral Special: Pull out bagged milk
Forward Special: Pour bagged milk into pitcher
Down Special: Pour pitched milk into cup
Up Special: Drink milk from cup

This also makes me think that Villager must be Canadian, since part of his moveset involves cutting down a giant tree.

Neutral B: Copies another players abilities in an attempt to "fit in" with the crowd.
Down B: Catch projectiles with my empty wallet.
Side B: Unload homework onto other players. Stuns them for certain durations depending on how intelligent they are.
Up B: Flap my long arms in an attempt to recover to the stage.

Final Smash: Briefly remember the good ol' days when I was in peak physical form. Motivation to work out and quit being lazy increases my speed and power for a short time until I get tired/bored. 5 second cool down to play video games in an attempt to escape reality and the fact that I'm waisting my potential.

Alright, considering I'm the OP I probably should have posted this a while ago but oh well.

Neutral B: Procrastinate. Starts off with a 1/5 chance of actually attacking. If it doesn't attack the next time this move does attack an additional 7% damage and some knockback (both of which decrease every time this move is used since the last successful attack by this move) are done by that attack. Regardless this move takes about a second. The likelihood of actually attacking decreases every time this move is used. All variables relating to this attack reset when KO'ed. In short, the more this move misfires the more powerful it gets for the subsequent attack, but you never know when it will attack, and it does so less often the more it is used. It's high chance of misfire make it completely useless competitively. I think how this move relates to my character should be self explanatory.

Down B: Observe. This move is an unusual variant of counter moves. Instead of negating the damage and attacking, this counter copies the attack that this character was hit with. Said character still takes the damage from being attacked though. Once an attack is copied this move uses that attack from then on, until this character is KO'ed. This moves competitive viable is confusing in my mind. It might be broken and it might be useless. It requires willing taking a hit to do anything useful, but it is very versatile in being able to copy any attack, instead of just standard B. It doesn't even have to be a special move at all, but can be a smash, grab, or etc. As for relating to my character, allegedly I spend a fair amount of time observing things before actually doing them.

Side B: Write on Whiteboard. If a whiteboard is not present, one pops into existence right in front of you. The whiteboard does 10% damage and moderate knock back if someone is standing where it poofs into existence. If a whiteboard already exists slash with a dry erase marker. Said slash has short range, but does 5% damage and moderate knock back. If the dry erase slash is done near a whiteboard instead of knockback it stuns the opponent for 2 seconds, if they aren't already stunned. If they are already stunned this does it's usual knock back instead. The whiteboard is one of those wheely ones and operates similar to Wario's motorcycle except when it is attacked it rolls around, though it is still destructible. I don't really know enough about the competitive scene to say much more about this attack. I have a habit of writing random math type things on whiteboards, so yeah that's why this attack.

Up B: This attack is chargeable. It entails the character writting in a notebook. It make look like he is drawing, but since I have no artist ability, he is actually drawing with words. If it is charged for less than 2 seconds a block (that is mostly just a rectangle) launches upward from the abyss directly below the character and pushes him straight up a little ways. This literally does nothing if there is ground below the character. If it is charged for 2 to 3 seconds, a tiny undetailed hand comes out of nowhere and pulls the character upward and diagonally towards the nearest ground. If this attack is used on or directly above ground it chooses a random diagonal direction. If it is charged for 3 or more seconds master hand flies in from off screen and punches the character in the direction specified by the joy stick (you have to press it quickly after doing the attack). The hand goes through everything that isn't the character, but if the character hits anyone when being launched he can do upwards of 20% damage and high knock back depending on his momentum at the time of impact. Unlike Ness this character bounces off any character he comes into contact with not unlike a pinball machine. I don't think I have to describe why this attack is pretty useless. It's charge time is obscene and it doesn't do a great job of recovering. That said, I needed a recovery move and I do write from time to time, so there ya go.

Final Smash: Do to time constraints they never game me a real final smash, thus the character glitches and copies Lucario's final smash. Why Lucario? Heck if I know.

I would be sort of like Mr. Resetti.

I would start talking about history/politics and it would flood the screen and bore the other fighters to death and than I would KO them.

Speaking of Resetti, they should make him a playable character. Not because he deserves it, but so they could make the means of unlocking him being to reset the game while he's talking. As a side note, they should make the unlock him battle have super awesome ai, because ya know he's mad at you and stuff. Heck, maybe they could do all that without actually having you unlock him when you win.

Stereotype or not, I'd play as this character. Can you imagine how awesome it would be that has a character that rides on a moose.

Speaking of, have you seen a moose or a canandian goose? Also I thought moose was more of a stereotype about Maine or something.

Geese are everywhere, they're always crapping on our sidewalks all day. I actually had two moose jump my fence and get into my backyard last winter.

Well, since I'm an eyeball crafted from the darkest dreams of eldrich horrors, I probably have a couple moves that would make a good moveset.

However, it's possible humans would not be able to perceive my attacks, and simply viewing what little you are able to perceive would drive you insane.

At least that isn't the other way around. Geese jumping a fence wouldn't be so bad, but could you imagine if moose were pooping on your sidewalk all the time? You'd never be able to walk anywhere.

Neutral Special: Skyward Strike. I pull a Wiimote and Nunchuk out of somewhere and charge a Skyward Strike. I smirk like I'm some sort of Meta Knight/Masked Man/ Proto Man/ badass in general, but instead I look like a complete utter fool.

Side Special: Laptop. I type up something and it creates a firewall in the direction I'm facing.

Up Special: Fandom Service. Some random nerdy thing sends me upwards, including but not limited to: R2-D2, the TARDIS, Tanooki Leaf, Rush Coil, Cypher, etc.

Down Special: Little Brother. I pull my little brother out from underneath mys shirt and he throws something or blocks a projectile. Usually he throws butter because he loves SkydoesMinecraft.

Final Smash: Art Skills. I pull out a pencil and sketch up something that rages across the screen.

My Smash Attacks are pencil-based.

My character is based upon my RP persona, which fights using a combination of light and wind-based abilities.

Up B: Rising Light. A summoned column of light lifts me high into the air while performing a series of three or four spiraling flip-kicks, followed by a double sword slash, the first acts as a normal hit and the second as a spike. Connects into a glide due to the emerald wings that spawn on my back.

Forward B: Vacuum Wind. Tosses a phantom double of my sword forward inside a small whirlwind, slashing up to 5 times and carrying the foe away from me before dissipating. Attack button can be held to add my shield into the whirlwind, making the double pull the enemy back to me and doubling the slashes due to the edges of the shield, but leaves me vulnerable during the charge time for this effect.

Neutral B B: Erupting Light. Slams my sword down into the earth, causing small blade-filled rays of light to erupt up to two character spaces away from me on both sides.
Characters caught in the strike are slashed 3 times by the blades within the lights and sent forcefully skyward. Has a short amount of wind-up for the sake of balance.

Down B: Guardian Wind. An aura-like wall of wind envelops me for a very brief moment that creates a pushing effect, and my stance changes to one with my sword raised in an attempt to parry while my shield is pulled back in readiness.
The pushing effect turns around projectiles but not enemies, and my stance, sword raised, acts as a counter animation.
If an attack lands during that brief moment, the opponent will take damage equal to what they would have dealt to me [I still take a small amount of damage, roughly 3% of their attack's damage, for the sake of fairness] and they are slammed far away from me with a harsh shield bash to the face.
Think the same distance that enemies were sent flying back in Melee, if they ran into Link's spin attack a bit after it had been started.

Final Smash: Spirit Familiar Jinnean.
A brief flash of light will blind enemies in front of me momentarily, and a small female spirit made of the element of light, born of my emerald wings,[think Chun-Li's china dress, only golden in color, and with long emerald hair and eyes] appears behind each of them and kicks them high into the air.
The enemies are launched back and forth between Jinnean and I like a pinball as we strike them repeatedly, spiked back down to earth, then finally launched skyward as we both appear near the ground and summon a pillar of damaging light, enveloped in a giant tornado, blowing the enemy into the background.

Sleep Counter: Goes to sleep and refuses to wake up until someone hits me causing me to stare at them intensely. Increases attack by 3% for the next 5 minutes.

Cereal Obsession: Increases defensive power with every use but when the milk runs out you are left standing there in disappointment. If the milk runs out after a successful sleep counter then it has a 50% to 1HKO anyone around me.

Indecisiveness: Ask the opponent to answer an either or question by which the result will either hurt or help me recover.

Juggle: Temporarily stuns opponents in amazement. Gets less effective if used multiple times.

FS: Subway
Recovers all health and throws excess Jalapenos at you.

I'll bite.

First off, my special character abillity; last minute work, which increases all of my characters attributes (attack damage, movement speed etc) to absurd hights when the last 5 seconds countdown goes in. (Note, if this abillity hasn't kicked in, the character is rather unresponsive and may just dream off, depending on how hungry it is.)

Neutral special: Draw a smurf. The character will draw a smurf on any sketchable surface, inlcluding other characters, along with the subtext; "You've been smurfed!" resulting in hilarious rolling around the floor.

Side special: Ride bike/Swim. Character pulls out a very nice looking bike, caresses it, and rides it to go to places very fast. If there is water, character will swim instead (a little less fast). Character will probably stop halfway and start eating whatever is nearby. Preferrably mango's, or stuff covered with chilisauce.

Down special: Contemplate the universe, then destroy it with a sudden realisation about entropy. Pretty self explanatory. Also, pretty OP when used correctly. Unfortunately, the creator of this character did not program this move correctly resulting in it never actually working...(Despite the characters efforts to keep trying.)

Up special: Invent something brilliant,... that doesn't work. Character invents something that's truly epic (in characters mind) that is doomed to fail. May sometimes work, if character ate (nearly) enough, or if the last minute work abillity has kicked in.

Grabs: Character juggles impressingly, with cool tricks and weird moves resulting in more hilarious rolling on the ground.

Smashes, chilisauce inferno, home run, say something confusing about quantum physics.

Final smash: Real creative imagination. Character can create anything what it imagines, making it the most broken and powerful move ever, however, character often creates food, and spends the rest of the final smash timer eating it.

Hmm... after writing that all down. I think I would really enjoy playing as me in smash :p

I'm one of the fastest runners of the game, but have piss poor traction. My attack power and attack speed is terrible, and I'd probably be bottom tier. I can jump high and fall slowly. My forward tilt is me throwing random ****, from books to games to pencils to rocks to balls. All my otheer standards are pathetically wimpy fisticuffs.

Down B: Refreshments. I pull out food that heals me. The item that's pulled out depends on how long you hold the button down, with the later items obviously healing more.

Neutral B: Electric guitar. Each tap of the B button creates a shockwave, but it has to be timed properly. Timing it wrong results in the strings breaking, which does 5% damage and causes me to stare at the guitar for about three seconds.

Forward B: Computer chair charge. I pull a computer chair out of nowhere, hop on and charge forwards. Tapping the A button makes me spin, which causes extra damage. I'm not sure if this represents my extreme nerdiness or my tendency to just **** around most of the time.

Up B: Mouse. I spin a mouse by its cord, which will pull me to ledges, and pull any players who get caught by it towards me.

Final Smash: Hack. I pull out a computer, start typing out ****, and everybody is affected by random status effects. Dizziness, altered controls, sleep, etc.

My taunts are taking my glasses off and wiping them, flicking my hair and reading a book.

Of course, I could do what TewnLeenk did and make my moveset entirely Scottish. I'm hardly a representation of Scottish stereotypes, but hey, I could certainly make a far better moveset than the one i just wrote out.
