The RAM cartridge. You need it to play DK 64. And this doesn't stop the lag. I still get lag with 4 people.

Also, computer is better because (1) you will find people who actually want to play the game and (2) some of the people are really good. But the lag does kill me. I don't think I can play 5 frame delays anymore.
