Though it's just wifi, I'm not looking for JUST friendlies. I really want to fight new people and get better at the game because I've been trying to get into the competitive scene (on and offline) for a while. Currently, all I have is wifi until I'm able to attend offline tournies.

There is already a WiFi players thread. Go post there instead. http://smashboards.com/threads/wifi-friend-code-list.343645/
The difficult thing I'm finding is people who are competitive on wifi and willing to branch out. I stated that I don't want just friendlies. I mean....1v1, no items, legal stages sort of competitive. Not just any wifi friend code deal. I would find a lot of people on lists like those wouldn't end up adding me and then I end up with 10 "Awaiting Registration"s. That's why I strictly put "competitive" in the title.

Check out this guide to set up dolphin netplay http://www.reddit.com/r/SSBPM/comments/1t4iab/project_m_30_netplay_guide/

Then go to this chat to find a match http://widget01.mibbit.com/?setting...??&autoConnect=true&channel=#dolphin-ProjectM

The lag is very low compared to the Wii's

Thank you very much for your suggestion!
But unfotunately, I know for a fact my crappy laptop can't handle Netplay. It can hardly handle streams on the lowest quality.....I couldn't even watch Apex because my cpu told me no D: that's why I still use wifi.
