Common5_en.pac is being mean to me. *CSS help!*

Could anyone please help me? all the images you need to make the CSS I need are these.

Well, I'll ask a few questions before I do work that could possibly be unnecessary.

1. Are you using Gecko to load the file or are you using Riivolution?
2. What exactly do you mean it's being mean? Does it freeze? Does it not load?

Does riivolution even load sc_selcharacter.pac?

No it doesn't. sc_selcharacter isn't a file loaded by the game, it's just... there. File patch makes it load it and inject it where common5 is in memory. all you have to do really is grab a common5 and replace the sc_selcharacter in there with the one you have and riivolution will load it.
