ooof. I'm not entirely sure, last time I went to College Station was March of 2008 for a Tennis tournament. It was in a bus, and you know those are slower. I think it's 4 hours, or 5. I am not sure. :/

Hey, when you play online, is it really laggy? I use both wireless and wired from my router for Brawl and every match I play is really slow.

Hey, I know it's Valentine's Day this weekend AND~ there are/may be testing for some of us next week, but maybe we could use this weekend to meet up for once and like chill and get to know each other and stuff. Doubt I'm doing too much on Saturday anyway, but still, just benefit of the doubt, we should shoot for Friday. I "reside" on campus in FHK, but really, I live off campus right on Harvey Rd.

I'll add everyone's Brawl FC in this thread and hopefully you all do the same.

If ever anyone ever wants to drop by, just drop me a line and I'll see if I'm not too busy for a couple of matches n___n. Usually free after 7-8 though, unless you wanna drop by after 12-noon and leave by 3 cuz I has class at 4 >>;

yes, online is really gay, if there is not straight up TERRIBLE lag then there is a slight input lag. it really is nintendos fault because mario kart and guitar hero work just fine online. I think the problem is just that Brawl is too populated for nintendos servers.

Loko thats sounds straight. where is FHK tho, is that on northgate? i get out of class at like 1220.

btw, anyone know how badnews bear did at cot4?

Traviz: The FHK dorms are on the northside, by parking lot 30, on coke street. I don't really live there, so if you wanna play, it's either online or at my best place at my apartment on harvey; PM for directions and stuff.

The bus gets here in less than 7min and Tuesday - Thursday I go home before noon, chillout, and then go back to skewl to be in class by either 3 or 4, so that'd be some times I'd be available to play.

Wouldn't know, but my friends I have played I've pwned them all, even some guy who said he used to pwn at melee but i rofl'ed him hard once he found out I did have it so I guess not much...Can't wait to find out though >3

That is a really cool idea. I'm going to try to set up some kind of weekly meeting. I am really surprised that there are so many Brawlers here in College Station. I'll post the info as soon as I get things set. Super pumped to meet you guys.

From the looks of their website, they mostly play tabletop games, unless I'm missing something

I was thinking, there exists a location specified for gaming. If we can get in contact with whoever runs it, its possible we can use some of their space for brawl.

Ya, the gaming club is mainly tabletop games like Magic and D&D and stuff like that. They do play video games, but are mainly about the stuff before. Still, emailing them wouldn't be a bad idea, but we must call the MSC by tomorrow to make sure we can reserve a room or something.

I'm always down for a wifi match, or any match xP. But ya..usually free after 8-9.

Hopefully this will work out and we get our first meet Friday.
