Code to shield without jamming L/R fully?

Does anyone know if this is possible to do via a code I could add to my GCT file? I'd really love to be able to shield (or use whatever function is mapped to the shoulder button) without having to press it all the way in.

not posible, that trigger is just a spring, u do need to press it all the way in so it makes contact. Now u could get classic controller pro, those have normal L/R buttons, but the sensitivity ranges for doing tilts are shorter.

It's not just a spring on the GC controller. The shoulder buttons actually have analog sensitivity from a light press all the way down to the digital button press. It sucks that they took that out of Brawl, as I still find myself trying to shield lightly from time to time like you could in Melee...
