Cloud - Proof of Concept

Here's a conceptual setup for Cloud to use at low %. This needs further testing. The potential of comboing with Limit Break Blade Beam seems incredible. I won't be able to do any further testing in the next 2 days. You guys should mess around with this and see what can and can't be done with this setup, and try finding out what the optimal punish would be with a LB BB starter.

I managed to combo sheik on SF (with no DI) at 5% from LBBB into nair -> falling uair -> fullhop climhazzard spike at the ledge and grabbed it
