Cloning stages?

Is it possible to clone stages like in Brawl? I've made a Melee music hack, but it's just not enough music since I end up hearing it all the time, I might as well just stick to the Melee music I'm used to. I still enjoy my Brawl hack after many months because I changed nearly every stage and track, makes the game much more enjoyable.

It would also be nice to edit the stage selection textures or find some good alternative textures for the stages themselves, but I really want to know if stage clones is possible first.
