In most other Fighting games completing the arcade mode of a character gave you a little cut scene about that character while in Smash it only gave you an amusing screenshot of them. Do you think there'll be more elaborate Classic mode endings in Smash 4?

For Example let's say this is Mario's

"It starts out as Mario defeating Bowser with the collapsing bridge like in the original Super Mario Bros. But as he runs towards Peach it turns out Bowser grabbed the ledge and is now heading for them. Then to Mario's surprise Peach proceeds to clock Bowser for ruining their moment. The scene then irises in on Mario's confused face."

Or they could be more crossover based like Super Sonic Racing Captain Falcon.

That would be fun! I'll come up with one...

-Mr. Game & Watch-

"The scene starts with Mr. Game & Watch in a game of Fireman. The firemen fail to catch Game & Watch, and he falls to the ground. Jumping up and down fury, he pulls a large trampoline of his own and proceeds to catch all the jumping people while the firemen stare in disbelief."

-Dillion-

"The sun is setting as Dillion stands alone on a cliff, a la Last Ranger. He sees Grocks below, and rolls down and proceeds to battle the Grocks with grinding and slashing attacks. After the dust has settled, he turns to see a lone gigantic Grock. He grabs his fallen hat off the ground, and jumps high for one final slashing attack."

I like this idea. They could adapt the amusing screenshot scenarios into a more cinematic form.

For example, Pokemon Trainer.
The trainer is walking along a rural path when he hears some tall grass rustling. Stopping to investigate, he peers over at the grass to witness Snake slowly crawl out from its cover. Instantly, Snake looks up at the trainer, and hops to his feet, fists up in defense. A "!" crops up over his head, and Pokemon Trainer assumes that he's locked eyes with a challenger, and they must battle. He throws a pokeball to the ground, releasing a Pokemon, and waits for his opponent to do the same. Perplexed and without pokeballs, Snake rubs his chin and tosses a grenade instead. The camera pans to the faces of the trainer and his Pokemon, and fades out as an explosion is heard.

"Pokemon Trainer whited out!
Paid 900€ to Snake!"

Wario ends up in green Hill and goes bananas collecting the gold rings, then a badnik touches him and he drops them all. Cue Wario freaking out and Badniks flying everywhere.

Time prolly won't be put towards it since there'll be an Adventure Mode, and a 30+ character roster (30+ cutscenes'd take like, loads of developing time). It'd be pretty cool though :3

Tekken's managed that for a good while though, some even had classic/arcade mode intros as well if I remember right.
