Standard Venue Fee - $10, through March 13th
Late Venue Fee - $20, March 14th-17th
Melee Singles - $10
Melee Doubles - $10 per player

All payments will be received via Venmo @clairemiri (last 4 digits 1646)
THERE WILL BE NO PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT THE VENUE.
If you have not paid for Venue Fee by the end of March 13th, you will be required to pay a Late Venue Fee. If you have not paid by the end of March 17th, you will be removed from the event.
All payouts will be sent via Venmo by the 20th at the latest.

Schedule

11:00 AM - Setup Begins
12:00 PM - Melee Doubles
2:30 PM - Melee Singles Pools
6:00 PM - Final Bracket
~9:00 PM - Venue Closes (subject to store employees)
If you are not present by the time the other matches in your round have finished, you will be DQ'd entirely from your event.

Do you have the name of the building by any chance? I tried to find it on google maps and saw it was a farmer's market and a bookstore, and the bookstore didn't show a smash tournament coming up. (Also idk if this is exclusive to Ohio residents or not, but I'm from IN if that matters)

Edit: I figured out that the Hero's Hearth is a part of the bookstore, but does it matter that I am from IN? I just filled out the form, but I'd like confirmation b4 I send the money

Sorry, didn't see your reply here. You're good on both counts. Hero's Hearth is an expansion of the bookstore, and you're fine to enter from anywhere.
