Since "cheap" is a subjective term, I suggest you just pick whatever you think is cheap.
Moves I consider cheap are MK's neutral B and ^B, D3 and Falco's chaingrabs, Snake's uptilt, and Olimar's grab.
If you plan on making this video fun to watch, you could tape yourself playing your friends using only cheap moves until your friends get really pissed.
