Charged Smash Attacks?

Why are they keeping this horrible addition to melee in? All it does is support edge ******. I am a ssb64 fan myself, but I hope this game converts me. I hope the charged smashes aren't as bad as they were in melee.

charged smashes make ledgeguarding easier and different...and to throw off someones timing something you obviously wouldnt know about.....

In some cases thats true. But this is a great new feature. It is one of the things that makes the game as it is. Besides only if you can get the timing right will charge smashes actually help.

your the only one I know who dislikes charged smash attacks I mean the game does focus around you. It allows more skill to come with timing and everything

Charged up of any of Ganondorf's smashes = orgasm

Adds skill and depth to the game. You can see the other person charging the smash, get away. And if you can time the charge perfectly then you've got yourself a win.

yeah, in many fights thats how it goes

And charged smashes are awesome, and I think we've already seen in pics that they're in Brawl. Tough luck.
