Character "Slots" Are Not A Thing!

Many people complain about characters in the game because "they take up character slots that could be used for someone else!", but you guys are dead wrong!! Who ever said that there is a limited number of character slots in the up coming Smash Bros game... that's what I thought. The only reason why Sakurai would be forced to limit the character roster (emphasis on the forced) is if it would take up to much room on the game disc, and that would have to be about 120 characters and 130 stages, and we know that is not happening. Sakurai can put almost as many characters as he wants in the game. I know he said he is going to limit himself with the roster, but that does not mean anything. People who say that the Miis take up a spot where Krystal should be (just a random example) should really think about how many so called "spots" there are!

They could add a character every day up until release until there are hundreds, but then where's the time to balance them all and make sure they work?

And who the heck would half the roster be? At this point, most major franchises/characters have been in Smash at least once.

Sakurai mentioned that a slot was reserved for a Pokemon in X and Y in early development.
