Not it isn't... is just a recolor of the Melee selection screen, plus some of them aren't even on 3D.

1. Toad is not a fighter and isn't ever going to be a PC
2. Some of those characters on their are either items or ATs
3. Some of those characters don't even fit into the game.

I know it's fake, but atleast make it beleiveable. I'd expect Hammer Bro or even Dry Bones to be a PC b4 Toad ever becomes one.
