Character Motion Graphic Bumper

I'm making a video of my extremely mediocre lucas play while I can't leave the house (NYC).

Does anyone have an editable character intro file (premiere, after effects, etc) that I could use and give you shining credit? Or does anyone know an easy way to do this?
I attached a screen shot of King K's for visual.
