changin c-stick to special moves to RAR

is this technique that useful in competitive brawl to change your controller around to do it?

i no it helps lucas out ALOT but do it help olimar in about the same way?
i really would like to no what other people think about this

I like Olimar's f-air better than his b-air anyway, but there's a way to RAR without the Bstick if that's what you want to do.
