Change music on No Contest screen?

Is there a brstm to replace, or some way to replace the "No Contest" or "Aww..." soundbyte?

very unrelated but im hoping someone can help, didnt wanna make another topic
for some reason when i run brawl of usb gnw's parachute dissapears after about 0.5 seconds of using up-b, he still floats but my friend johns about it being distracting. whats going on?
