Central PA Tournamants

so i've been searching and i've yet to find any, but i'm looking for a tournament in the state college (pennsylvania) area. i'm willing to travel a bit further, but not anything crazy. i'm not even sure if i'm good enough to want to travel further than state college. so if you know of any please let me know.
