Like, the first thing you learn about brawl is that MK is top and CF is terrible.

That is why we want to have so much fun here. Cause we know Falcon sucks and there isn't anything we can really do about it.

Now to answer the question above,
I think it depends on the character you are against. If its Marth, you try to send him up. Etc.
