This basically confirms a Wii Castlevania title, as well!

Plus, the protagonist is super hot. ;}

It says in the wiki and gonintendo that there is a "Wii connectivity option" on the menu.

I mean, that SHOULD be a hint towards a Wii Castlevania right? :"{

Looks good. I liked the two previous ds castlevania's and circle of the moon for the gba. I stil need to play the other 2 gba castlevania's. I reallt want a 2d wii castlevania

This was taken from a recent interview with Igarashi:

“Making a quality 2D game is really tough. The reason why it’s tough is that even though I’ve been doing it for a long time, each time I do it I have to do it better. Fans expect something more. Just to keep them happy and to meet my own expectations, I have to try that much harder. I definitely have a passion for the franchise,. I mean, I’m definitely excited to do each iteration of the game — and also my team. A lot of people came to Konami because they’re huge fans of “Castlevania.” That’s another inspiration to keep on going, and it is a passion, definitely.” - Igarashi
