CAST4 - Nov.22-23 - Confirmations (Rides, Housing, Setups, etc.)

I'm a maybe atm, can someone tell me what I'd need to do to reserve a spot for housing? How I'd get to the venue and all that stuff. I'd most likely be coming by plane and you know.. I won't have any means of transportation to and from the venue.

Out of province players get first priority for housing. Housing won't be problem for you.

If you read the OP, you can see those who are carpooling from Edmonton or Calgary. Contact one who has room in his vehicle, and make plans from there.

K, so i updated the OP. I added ways to contact the drivers, as well as the people housing.

For anyone who is flying into Alberta, try to contact one of the drivers to secure a ride from an airport from Edmonton or Calgary to Red Deer.

Thing is, everyone started bombarding me for a ride before I even knew if I'd be able to. <.< The seats in mine were full before the ride was even confirmed.

John, and sho were in mine before as well. (Actually John was the first to ask IIRC).

Dynasim is driving me from the greyhound station to the tournament and then back to the station, so I'm good for that.

Everyone should make sure to check out the CAST4 Merch thread if they plan on buying CAST4 T-shirts, so far there has been two t-shirt design that have been submitted (lol both by me) so go check it out and determine whether or not you want one. The shirts will be roughly $15-$20 so make sure you reserve a spot if you plan on getting one. We only need 12 people confirmed to start making the shirts and I think half of that has already requested t-shirts so make sure to request some if you want them.

There's more room at Connor's house now since no one from Grand Prairie is coming now.

Also, if anyone is interested in renting out a hotel room instead of staying a Kyle's or Connor's house, this venue is located in the lower level of an Inn. So if you want a very convenient place to stay during the tournament, this might be something you'll like.
