how do u cargo throw?

I can't tell if this is serious or not. But just in case...

Grab an opponent, then press forward to cargo. Hold a direction you want to throw (up, forward, or down) and press A.

Yes, "the thing where you're just carrying them on top of you" is called the cargo. As I stated before, you do this by pressing forward after grabbing an opponent.
