Capture Card?

Wasn't quite sure where to post this but I was wondering if anyone could recommend a decent capture card for recording project M gameplay that isn't too costly. Been a while since I recorded any gameplay and the last capture card I had was a Dazzle (150?) Had to have a splitter hooked up to it to record to my PC. Also I'm aware they make HDMI ports for the wii, was also wondering if this made any improvement on the graphics? Thanks a lot! :grin:

edit: whoops, didn't see the section for Brawl video steaming.
