Capture Card for PM Tournaments?

What should I use to record/stream gameplay from the Wii to a decent laptop?

I use Elgato HD, it's pretty good and you can use it for other systems too but it's a little up there in price and you'll additional equipment such as male to male composite cables and a composite splitter.

Elgato's are crap, don't bother.
