Captain Falcon vbrawl dash sound and multi loader

I remember there being a multiloader elf made by a dude sonic or something, that would allow you to load project m, brawl minus etc all from one sd card.. anyone point me in the right direction?

also, I noticed project M got rid of that greaves clank sound when captain falcon starts his dash, and i was wondering what sound is it exactly, and how would i put that sound back in to PM? i really liked that sound :)
