Captain falcon percentages with downthrows

hello all, recently picking up captain falcon and I'm curious about the do's and donts with captain falcons down throw and dair..... also, what percentage should my opponent be at for downthrows and dairs, to keep the follow ups going? if these aren't good options for follow throws, please let me know. thankyou, :3.

you can pressure with dair with overshooting it, just don't be obvious. It's good for tacking on damage and can lead to wonderful pop ups with ample hit stun. It is a laggy move though, so you have to have the proper positioning for it to be safe
