This is the first time I am running a Melee tourney. Any help with setups and seeding would be appreciated.
This is the going to be at the new venue. We are going to be adding more games and genres to the event too starting with Smash Bros, Madden 2012, and P4A!There will also be a $50 pot bonus for P4A We will wait until the next CFD for the pot bonus. It may even be bigger than $50.
The Venue:
The LIMN Building

This is the new home of CFD. It is bigger than the previous buidling and it has its own parking lot.
When:
Saturday August 11th. Doors open at 12:00 and the tourneys will start at 2:00

-loser can change character.

We will do our best to have KOFXIII and SCV set up for casuals before, during and after the tourney.
Cost:
One time venue fee per person $5
Entry fee $5ea for AE, MK, P4U and UMvC3. $10 for Madden
All tournaments are split 70/20/10
Until I have enough setups, I will need help with them. If you can, please bring monitors, consoles, and games to help speed up the tournaments.
If you show up with a full setup (monitor, console, and game) I will waive the $5 venue fee. This is good for the first 5 people who bring setups.
Stream:
FinestKO will be streaming the events. Each week will focus on one of the bigger games and then the top 4 of every game.
