Capcom's Cryptic Message

After spending a while trying to figure out what Capcom's mysterious message could mean that was posted on their site:

I believe I have cracked the entire message.. read on.

I am not saying Megaman is confirmed, but to me it looks like he could be, after fitting together some words, and the last sentence becomes very obvious. But I'm just playing around here; it could just be a jumbled bunch of question marks.. but I'm so excited, I HAD to let everyone know about this!
Fit the letters to the ?'s yourselves; they fit.

thats what a lot of people on gamefaqs are saying. leads me, and many other people, to belive megaman will be revealed on wensday, where capcom drops thier "megaton bomb" of sorts.

However, what it could say is really up in the air. The first sentence of your "translation" seems a little iffy.

I didn't go on GameFaqs at all, I just looked at Capcom's page and thought of words that would fit into them...

What do you guys make of it? I hope I didn't make a bad thread

And while this is just a theory, I think you're on to something here King. That final sentence fits perfectly. If Mega Man's ever revealed as a playable character, you have every right to gloat and proclaim you're a genius

No it's not. Try Googling it or translating it. I've copied Japanese text that showed up as question marks and Googled it, and got results. It's seriously just question marks.

Want proof? I Googled ブリーチ, Bleach's Japanese name. I got results. Try copying a series of question marks from that message and Google it. You'll get nothing.

no, it IS in question marks. I have japanese support, and those are question marks. they're either

1. english words put into question marks
2. japanese words put into question marks
3. just random question marks.

but its most likely the first one.

No he doesn't have a right to gloat. This same theory has been on IGN and Gamefaqs. I even quoted the original message on the "Tonight Prediction" topic yesterday. He's just copying what other people said.

Not saying you've copied anyone but this isn't the first place I've seen this either. It's been mentioned on the Megaman thread aswell.

Fingers crossed that Wednesday Megaman is revealed.

@Metalknux: he's not saying that he was first to discover this page. He's saying that he had a crack at 'translating' the page, and for what's its worth, I think he's nailed the second sentence. The "Prepare yourself" in the title fits seamlessly in there, and from there "for a brawl" also fits brilliantly. So while this may not be about Mega Man, I think that saying this is a statement about Brawl is probably correct. I agree with Youko though, the first sentence doesn't quite read right...

Second line is .... 75% absolutely surely

My point is your making assumptions on a message which shows no direction of any kind regarding any particular game or subject. Most of the time a 3rd party developer involved with contracts to use characters in a game like brawl are not going to announce it on there site before the game developer does.

I mean it could and could not be but that's still quite a strench.
