Cannot open Melee in GCRebuilder

I am getting a false error in GCRebuilder saying that "File 'usa.ini' not found". This isn't true, because I remember having USA.ini inside my ISO before building it. This is very bad for me because I have a lot of costumes in this iso and have no way of accessing it.

How do I fix this error and get inside my iso?

P.S. PM me and I will send you a link to the ISO (assuming you have a legally obtained copy of Melee) if you want to take a look at it.
