First of all, there's no need to use BrawlWall when it's features have been implemented into BrawlBox. Just open the stage file, go under the ARC with the name 2 and look for something with a symbol that says Coll. Then you just right click-->preview and you can edit collisions.

I have no clue about your OpenSA problems, though.
