That my friends, was the defintion of epic.

I thought Canada blew it in the third period when they hit the post twice and missed a one on one. From that point I thought US had it...and 24 seconds they popped up with the equaliser. I thought Canada were done.

But extra period was just immense. US started well but Canada just blitzed it. ****ing epic.

First game of hockey I've ever watched. gg Canada, gg.

That game was soooo awesome. I was jumping around like a spaz when Parise scored with 24 seconds left. (Best part, my dad was doing the same thing. We high fived and brofist'd)
Sure, it was sad to see the US lose...but that was an awesome game. Miller played like a BEAST. And either way, it's technically a win for the NHL in general :'3 Yaaay full NHL teams <3

This is so true, especially during the Beijing Games of '08.

China had a Mukload of Gold medals, and therefore won the Olympics even though the United States was going "Hey we have more medals than joo."
